For a delicious everyday cuppa, try our organic green tea fannings. Fannings are small fragments of green tea leaf – usually particles leftover from the harvesting process. Technically they’re a lower grade tea, but they still have a wonderful, grassy sweet flavour. In fact, fannings often make a stronger, sturdier brew than whole tea leaves (with the added benefit of being much cheaper). This makes them perfect for teabags. Just stash a jar in the cupboard and steep when needed. Like other green teas, it’s best to keep the water just below boiling.
